Giorgio Pedrazzi is an adjunct professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Brescia (Italy). After obtaining a PhD at the University of Pisa, he's been a visiting fellow at the Institute of European and Comparative Law in Oxford (UK) and the School of Law of Loyola University in Los Angeles (USA). He has been teaching courses at the University of Toulouse (France), Insubria (Italy), Padova (Italy), Sant’Anna School (Pisa) and Milan (Italy). His current research interests include digital transformation, privacy and data protection, mediation (ODR and ADR), tort law and digital consumer law. He wrote more than 50 articles, published law reviews. He’s regularly invited as a speaker to national and international conferences. He has taken part in several research projects. Currently, he’s working on a project on the legal issue of assistive care robots for elderly people, financed by the Ministry of University and Research of Italy and a project on cybersecurity, funded by the European Union.
