RESEARCH INTERESTS
He is author or coauthor of more than 30 papers concerning (linear and nonlinear) evolution problems. Most of results have been obtained jointly with different scientists. In particular
A) Singular or degenerate abstract differential evolution equations; he obtained existence, uniqueness, and regularity results in a suitable functional framework of weighted spaces (see papers [1], [3]).
B) Abstract linear variational inequalities (parabolic and hyperbolic) with singularities or degeneracies; he obtained the existence and the uniqueness of strong (or weak) solutions in
a suitable functional framework of weighted spaces (see papers [2],[4],[5],[6], [7]).
C) Abstract linear evolution variational inequalities (hyperbolic and Shroedinger-type); he obtained the existence and the uniqueness of strong solutions (see papers [8], [9], [10], [16]).
D) Nonlinear evolution inequalities with constraint on the unknown function; he obtained the existence of weak solutions (see the paper [11]).
E) Abstract linear differential evolution equations (hyperbolic and Shroedinger-type) in variable domains; he obtained existence and uniqueness of weak solutions (see papers [12], [13], [20]).
F) Mixed problems modelling phase transition phenomena in materials with memory; he obtained existence and uniqueness of strong solutions and performed some asymptotic analysis (see papers [14], [15], [17], [18]).
