Mechanisms of cellular activation by antiphospholipid antibodies.
Identification of distant regulatory regions in antigen presenting cells-specific genes (mixed bioinformatic/sperimental approach).
Genomic scale identification, characterization and validation of new NF-KB binding sites.
Analysis of the kinetic of NF-kB recruitment on single promoters.
Role of NF-kB in the enhanceosome formation.
