- the somatotropic axis in animal models of obesity and glucocorticoid excess
- the characterization of novel drug targets in GH-secreting pituitary adenomas (in-vitro studies)

- the characterization of bioactive peptides from food protein affecting endocrine and metabolic functions (food intake, body weight gain and glucose homeostasis)
