We are concerned with the mathematical modeling of real world problems, ranging from vehicular traffic to virus diffusion, or from pedestrian flows to vaccination strategies, for instance. Results that we obtained concerned the statement of new models, their analytic study, the tackling of optimal control/management techniques as well as the development of ad hoc numerical methods.
