MUZZI Caterina

She got her degree in Economics and Management at Luiss-Guido Carli University of Rome in 1999 and her Ph.D. in Information Systems Management at the same institution in 2004. Since August 2018 she is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Brescia, where she used to be Assistant professor from 2010 to 2018. She teaches "Business Organization" (in English) and "Organizzazione aziendale H-Z" at the bachelor degree in Business Administration and "Organizational Behaviour" (in English) at the MSc degree in Management - Green Economy and Sustainability. She used to teach Business Organization at the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Brescia. She also taught "Human Resource and Knowledge Management" at the Faculty of Managerial Sciences of the University of Chieti-Pescara. In 2003 she has been Visiting Researcher at the Copenhagen Business School where she gave the Master Level Degree course of "Computer-Mediated Communication in Groups and Organizations". She has been teaching Business Organization topics in several Master Degree Courses in Italy as well and she participated in several national and international research projects. Among the latters she has been young researcher in the COMMORG project, funded by the EU within the 5th Framework Program.
She attended two courses on teaching innovation: "Teaching Teachers to Teach" in 2013 and "Formazione e innovazione della didattica universitaria" from October 2017 until April 2019. In March 2018 she was invited by the Nottingham Business School to give seminars about Sustainable HRM within the "Sustainability International Teaching Week.
Her main research interests are competences for innovation, inter-organizational network and organizational wellbeing.
