Ileana Bodini is a researcher in design methods for industrial engineering for the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the University of Brescia. Her principal research topics are: (i) methods for design teaching and for the development of devices for scientific research and technology, (ii) geometrical product specification and geometric dimensioning and tolerances: specification, verification, and analysis (iii) design and development of measurement devices based on vision systems (2D and 3D) for research and industrial applications, (iv) techniques for data analysis, measurements and diagnostic.
