La conservazione preventiva e programmata della torre della Pallata di Brescia: 15 anni di cura (2008-2023)

The report illustrates the path taken as part of the planned conservation project at the
Pallata Tower in Brescia. Despite the economic crisis, the City of Brescia kept up

with the monument's monitoring after receiving funding from the Cariplo Founda-
tion for activities related to the knowledge of the building's characteristics and the

conservation complexities of the tower.
From 2008 to 2023, the knowledge about the monument has been enriched with
much data that needs correct management in order not to cancel the collection work.
In collaboration with the University of Brescia, an HBIM model is being evaluated
to test paths for the management of the bulk of materials and, above all, to evaluate
proposals for continuous implementation on the occasion of planned activities.
