Pluriversi culturali e agency delle donne: tra intersezionalità e interlegalità

In an attempt to pave the way for new insights into the relationship between legal pluralism and gender justice, the special issue discusses women’s agency in multicultural contexts by drawing on the contribution of analyses on intersectionality - particularly from a decolonial perspective - and interlegality.
