Metodi didattici

The course will be provided through traditional classroom lectures and practical classes taking place in the computer labs. The lectures will be practical, with analysis of business-like examples. For the best effectiveness, we invite each student to bring his/her own laptop to the classroom, in order to run live examples and exercises under the supervision of the teacher. To this end, the student must make sure that a spreadsheet (Excel by Microsoft Office or Calc by Libre Office) is installed on his/her own device, and that the working files made available on the course website have been downloaded.

Verifica Apprendimento

The exam consists of an automated test provided as a quiz and lasts 45 minutes. The test comprises 12 questions, organized as follows:
- 5 questions designed to measure the candidate's knowledge of the concepts listed in the program ;
- 7 questions designed to measure the competence in using spreadsheets, i.e., the practical ability to use some of the most relevant features.
The above questions have a different weight on the final mark (ranging from 1 to 6), according to their difficulty. The maximum mark is 32.
