Since October 1st, 2011 is a researcher for the SSD 13/D4, Department of Economics and Management, University of Brescia. She received a three-year research grant funded by Regione Lombardia, entitled “Sistema produttivo lombardo: crescita, innovazione e politiche ambientali”, and two research fellowships at the University of Pisa in the study of "Models and mathematical tools for optimization in logistics problems". She received the title of Doctor of Philosophy in December 2006, a Masters in Logistics and Communications at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and two bachelor degrees in Economics and Statistics with the highest honors. Her main research fields (which has combined theoretical results and applications in economics) are the analysis and modeling of equilibrium and complementarity problems applied to industrial sectors in the presence of environmental regulation, generalized convexity, non convex optimization, Generalized Nash Equilibrium Problems (GNEP), Data Envelopment Analysis, models for logistic systems and energy markets. She is author of several international publications (including European Journal of Operational Research, Energy Policy, Taiwanese Journal of Mathematics, Journal of Information & Optimization Sciences) and presented scientific communications in several international conferences. She is referee for international journals (including European Journal of Operational Research, Optimization, IEEE, Energy Policy, Environmental Engineering and Management Journal). She has been member of the Doctoral program in Mathematics for economics decisions and tutor of doctoral thesis. She holds since a.y. 2012/13 the course "Quantitative Methods for Economics and Business" (9CFU), she is or has been teaching assistant to the courses: Calculus, Decision Theory, Computational Methods for Economics and Finance, Informatics for Finance. She has been professor of the course Financial Mathematics (6CFU).
