From 2012 he is member of the FIGO Committee on Gynecologic Oncology. He was PI of the international projects entitled “Early detection and treatment of recurrent, chemotherapy-resistant ovarian cancer stem cells by CPE peptide complex superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (CPE-SPIONs)” (Ricerca Finalizzata 2010). He is authors of 81 papers.
