DALLE NOGARE Chiara

Chiara Dalle Nogare is associate professor at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Brescia (Italy). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Trento and PhD degrees in Economics from University of Pavia and University of Glasgow (UK). In 2018, she was country expert for Italy in the OECD research project: “Culture and local development: Maximising the impact” and is still collaborating. She is member of the executive board of the Association of Cultural Economics International, of the editorial board of Tourism Economics and has been recently guest editor for special issues of the same journal. Her main research interests include cultural economics, tourism economics, political economy and local government spending. Some of the journals she has published on are Journal of Cultural Economics, Tourism Economics, International Journal of Tourism Research, Journal of Regional Science, Regional Science and Urban Economics.
