Recently, the research has focused on the effects of supplementation with n-3 PUFAs in the prevention atrial fibrillation relapses after ECV. Some researches focused on the antiarrhythmic effects of treatment with n-3 PUFAs in patients with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy,and their effects on left ventricular remodeling and functional capacity.In the last period pubblications were conducted in collaboration with international research groups and regulatory agencies, focused on important issues i.e. how to improve post-discharge outcomes and how to conduct clinical trials in patients hospitalized for heart failure
