The main research topic concerns the intersection between traditional private law and the law of financial market and regulated markets in general. This topic includes, in particular, two themes relating, respectively, to the private law discipline and regulation of investment funds (with specific reference to the private law relationships between investors, fund managers and the fund itself), as well as to the private law aspects of the management of corporate crisis, in accordance with the "contractual" instruments currently provided under Italian bankruptcy law.
