CORASANITI GIUSEPPE

He graduated with honors in 1992 in Business Administration at Bocconi University and in 1996 with 110 cum laude in Law at the University of Milan. In 2000 he obtained a doctorate in International and Comparative Tax Law at the University of Genoa. From February 9, 2005 to December 19, 2010, Researcher in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Brescia. He is currently a confirmed Associate Professor of Tax Law at the University of Brescia, Department of Law. Qualified Professor of Tax Law (2013) since May 26, 2015. He is a speaker at numerous national and international study conferences on tax matters.
Member of the PhD Committee "Business & Law Institutions and business: value, rules and social responsibility, Department of Law of the University of Brescia.
From January 2018 he is co-director of the editorial staff of the A magazine "DIRITTO E PRATICA TRIBUTARIA". Since January 2001 he has been a member of the Editorial Committee of the A magazine "DIRITTO E PRATICA TRIBUTARIA INTERNAZIONALE". From February 2017 he is the Director of the magazine "STRUMENTI FINANZIARI E FISCALITA" , (Egea).
He has written numerous articles published in the specialized magazines of tax law, as well as three monographs "Profili tributari dei conferimenti in natura e degli apporti in società" (2008, Cedam), "Le attività finanziarie nel diritto tributario" (2012 Egea), "Il reclamo e la mediazione nel sistema tributario", (2013, Cedam). He is co-author of the "Manuale di diritto tributario internazionale" (2009 and 2012 Cedam editions). He has participated in collective works: "International Tax Law" (2005 Cedam); "Double Taxation Conventions and Social Security Conventions", (Linde Verlag); "Derecho Tributario: Reflexions - Estudios en homenaje a Victor Uckmar" (2018, Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Tributario).
