Dr Danilo Zani was born in Montichiari (BS Italy) on 22/ 02/ 1967. Since 2002, he has a permanent position as Researcher at the Division of Urology, Department Section of Surgery, Radiological and Pathologist Sciences University of Brescia Medical School
March 1994 He graduated at the University of Brescia Medical School discussing a thesis entitled: Metabolic Changes in patients with ortotopic neobladder and continent urinary reservoirs.
November 2000 He took the residency degree in Urology (University of Brescia Medical School) discussing a thesis entitled Tissue engineering in urology: Hypothesis of study and preliminary results.
March 2000-November 2002 He has been working at the Division of Urology, Desenzano Hospital, Desenzano del Garda, Bs, Italy
December 2002 He had a permanent position as a researcher at the Division of Urology (Chief: Prof. Segio Cosciani Cunico), Department of Surgery, Radiological and Pathology Sciences University of Brescia Medical School. Since them he focused his study and clinical activity on oncological patients (prostate and bladder cancer)
Dr Danilo Zani is author or co- author of scientific papers published on international and national journals. He is also author or co-author of scientific communications presented at both national or international meetings He is editor assistant of “Urologia”, the Official Journal of the Italian Federation of Urological Societies.
