FINOCCHIARO Giuseppe

Full Professor at the School of Law of the University of Brescia, in charge with the teaching of Civil Procedure, Bankruptcy Law and (previously) Judicial System.
Member of the Associazione Italiana degli studiosi del processo civile, of the Società Italiana Studi di diritto Concorsuale and of the International Association of Procedural Law.
He authored two books (L’equità del giudice di pace e degli arbitri, Cedam - Padova, 2001; L'Arbitro Bancario Finanziario: tra funzioni di tutela e di vigilanza, Giuffrè - Milano 2012); edits the Italian Civil Code and Code of Civil Procedure for the publisher Il Sole-24 Ore; contributed to edited volumes; published numerous papers appearing on a wide choice of Italian law journals (Rivista trimestrale di diritto e procedura civile, Nuova giurisprudenza civile commentata, Giurisprudenza italiana, Danno e responsabilità, Giustizia civile, Il Fallimento, now Procedure concorsuali; is a permanent contributor to the following journals: Guida al diritto, Vita notarile, Rivista di diritto processuale and Rivista dell’esecuzione forzata, of these two journals he sits on the editorial board).
