CASTELLANI Marco

Marco Castellani (Cremona, 1966) He earned a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Brescia, Italy (AY 1997/1998), and a PhD in Economic Sociology (Department of Social Sciences) from the same University (AY 2000-2003). Currently he is Assistant Professor of Economic Sociology, Dept of Social Sciences, University of Brescia, where he teaches “Territories and Local Production Systems”. He is the author of the monograph “La razionalità limitata nelle scienze sociali” (2009), Carocci, Roma, and wrote various book chapters in international edited books. He has published papers in the following peer review journals: Rassegna Italiana di Sociologia, Sociologia del lavoro, Sistemi Intelligenti, Stato e Mercato, Studi Organizzativi, Journal of Artificial Societies and Social Simulation, The Journal of Socio-Economics, Sociological Research Online, Computational & Mathematical Organization Theory Journal for the Theory of Social Nehavior. Research Projects: “0DISCRIMINATION- Discrimination Norms Enforced and Disrupted by Social Networks: A Research Program Using Simulation and Experiments” / “SOCRATE-Artificial Societies for Competition and Cooperation: Knowledge Networks, Organisational Reputation and SMEs Clusters.
