Roberto Bussola, PhD in Applied Mechanics at the State University of Brescia, operates in research activities about simulation and optimization of mechanical systems. He's involved in software developement in resolutions of analytical and numerical mechanical problematics within new mathematical based on soft computing approach. He operates on not-tradicional mathematical optimization methods by means Genetic Algorithms, Fuzzy Logic and Neural Networks. Most of his activity deals with dynamical analysis of mechanical systems, industrial robots simulation and optimization in motion planning for automatic devices applied to manufacturing industry. In last years, he's teacher at State University of Brescia in an Industrial Robotics and Automatics Machines Laboratory taching course.
