The Dr Roberto Leonardi has graduated in Milan near the Faculty of Political Sciences, juridical address, discussing a thesis in administrative right (Chairman Prof. Avv. Maria Alessandra Sandulli). He has frequented, always in Milan, the Doctorate of search in administrative Right achieving in 2004 the title of Doctor of search. Winning of contest as administrative researcher by law near the Faculty of Jurisprudence, University of the Brescia, it is by law currently administrative entrusted Teacher, environmental Right and of Legislation of the cultural Good. It belongs to the Committee "Inventory, fiscalità and collection", near the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia and it is author of juridical saggistica for the magazines Hole Administrative-Tar, civil Justice, Seen again juridical of the housebuilding, of the publishing house Giuffrè. The Dr. Leonardi has participated in two projects of search financed by the Miur for the close examination of the Associations to guardianship of the consumer (2002-2004) and for the close examination of the services net (2004-2006) public and you/he/she has participated in different seminars organized by the university of the Studies in Milan, Faculty of Political Sciences and from the commercial university “L. Bocconi”.
