The detached sections of the Regional Administrative Courts between abolition and "de iure condendo"transformation in Italy

The essay analyses the possibility to provide for more than one regional administrative court in one single region. Il focus on the interpretation of art. 125 of italian Constitution which perhaps could not prevent this possibility. The impact of this interpretation on the administrative court procedure is analysed ,too.
