Abstract:
The recognition of social rights to foreigners is a fundamental condition for the success of the migrant integration policies within the national territory. The article analyzes the continuous and chronic migration emergencies in the perspective of their impact on the Italian migration law in relation to the employment access rules, work conditions and welfare instruments for migrant workers.
