Response to the Letter to the Editor Regarding “Kinetics of Radiological Response of Thoracic Invasive Fungal Disease in Chronic Granulomatous Diseaseâ€

The data reported in our paper were meant to help to identify a parameter for the clinical management of CGD patients with lung nodules when identification of the fungi is not possible and/or when invasive manoeuvres such as BAL and/or nodule biopsy cannot be performed.
