Covid-19 e interventi giuridici per arginarne il contagio

The main point of this paper is to focus on the main challenge facing (inter)na- tional law in the immediate future: namely, whether to restore its previous paradigm along with its still pervasive commitment to a neoliber(al)ist politi- cal-economic system or, the other way round, to remodel and redefine it from anew. Previously, a critical overview of two different sort of inconveniences, the one affecting and the other being affected by emergency legal measures, will be drawn.
